Stargate of the Heart

The book Stargate of the Heart is, without a doubt, one of the most unusual reads to date. I discovered the book after listening to a Sandra Walter podcast. Sandra Walter mentioned the word stargate to describe the heart and its connection to the cosmos. What a light bulb moment that was for me. I then searched the web to see if there was any literature on this subject and voila there was Patricia Cota-Robles volume.

I have used a few words to describe the ineffable nature of heart spaciousness. The closest was Wuji ( primordial universe or ultimate being) from my TCM training and education, and Nirguna (formless ultimate unmanifested reality) in Hindu philosophy. These ancient words point to the wondrous vastness I feel when putting my hand on my heart. This awakening did not happen overnight but over many years of gently focusing on my heart, breathing, and resting with attention. When I heard those words that our heart was a stargate, something lit up in me with awe; and yes, this is a perfect way to describe what the heart's function is.

A most wonderful connection....

For years, I have been gradually recognizing the influence of our Cosmos and my connection to it. As my awakening continued,I adapted my heart meditation to include the heart as a stargate. The discovery of the heart as a portal to the formless dimension now brings me quiet joy and reassurance. I feel a great humility in knowing that I have discovered a prodigious path walked by many... .

Now back to Patricia D. Cota-Roble's book....

I was challenged by some of the language she uses. Thankfully, I kept reading, as being challenged indicates that I am learning and growing! As the book's teachings unfolded, I realized that she was speaking to a prophecy that I had heard through many different sources. This prophecy states that the male and female energies will come into harmony and that the time is now!

How can this be???

I am sure that some will think that I am "off my gourd" with all the pain that is being displayed in the world. When I write the word now, I am implying it is time to practice it NOW!!. There is no better time than this when our world struggles with such despair. I can say this as our 3D reality is just one aspect of our whole. I wish to support our soul's journey so we can together bring compassion to our 3D reality. Thankfully, many other dimensional realities comprise a very different level of consciousness. These dimensions are filled with frequencies that vibrate synchronicity, and continue vertically to radiate love and grace. I embrace the connection with my heart to uplift my frequency and support this prophecy's evolution.

So let's bring love to it.....

I honour Patricia and her understanding that the second coming is finding our divinity within. This aligns with the purpose of Bodintuit and its mission to discover our true nature, which is sanative. Each time we meet our body's signals with compassion and clarity, we discover our inherent capacity to heal. Through this experience of wholeness, we can then connect with our divine essence.

Let's come full circle to the beginning.....

I was delighted that the word "ultimate" appeared as a descriptor for both Wuji and Nirguna. I smile as my path continues to lead to great appreciation and reverence ultimately. I joy in the healing that comes from embracing a heart-centered life!
