A heart felt tour

I have discovered a wonderful group in the States called A Revolutionary Love Tour 2024-2025. I felt inspired reading about these amazing folks travelling on a bus, making many stops through America, serving and building community. I have plucked some of their headlines from their website to give a sense of what they are being called to. Welcome to a Cultural intervention and antidote to despair a sojourn into ancestral wisdom, a collective teach-in, a catalyst for a shared future. Yes to an intervention filled with an antidote to our collective fear and hate, inflicting a sense of separation.

Reclaiming is an important word....

We are reclaiming Love as a Force for Justice. Anyone who knows me knows that I am fascinated with the etymology of words. Justice originates from the Latin word iustitia, meaning righteousness or equity. It was ultimately derived from the Proto-Indo-European root, which means life force/eternity. The meaning of justice has changed over the years, and I am keen to reclaim Justice as proclaiming eternal life and righteousness. The word reclaim is the key to understanding that we are born for this revolution to happen and reunite us.

With all the divisions they are called to act in inclusiveness.....

Everyone is welcome! All ages and demographics. We uplift local stories of revolutionary love and action. All participants go home with a revolutionary love compass - an evidence-based tool that teaches how to be brave with grief, harness rage, listen across differences, and fight for humanity. So that you can build a beloved community wherever you are.

They are not denying the suffering......

In this critical moment, as atrocities besiege our world daily, we need what Dr. King calls a "revolution of values." We believe the love ethic is essential to birthing a healthy, multi-racial democracy and a sustainable planet. Revolutionary Love is the call of our times - the choice to leave no one outside of the circle of care.

A revolution is crucial.....Yes, let's rise together......

I speak with many people who are challenged to see the good in the world. If we see the world only through the lens of the media, we are missing out on something else that is essential. I have felt for quite some time that a revolution was afoot. My first ideas were of pitchforks and angry mobs. What started to unfold was seeing something extraordinarily different. I perceived that a revolution indeed was afoot. However, it was a revolution of Presence, an energy bursting from the heart that almost defies description. I will utilize their words to explain what is possible. A healing odyssey across the US calling people to courage, humanity, and love. This is leading us up to A transformative event series across the United States, igniting people to rise up in love and courage.

We are a beautiful country with openness, compassion, and feistiness. We are all one North America, as they are our brothers and sisters. I spoke with Annette, and they do not have plans to enter Canada yet. However, she sounded open as she asked about the potential for someone or a group to host or underwrite them.
